On www.foldedpages.co, browse our collection, add books to your cart and proceed to checkout. Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details of your order and delivery specifics.

We accept cash (on delivery), MTN Momopay, Airtelpay and credit/debit cards.

Absolutely. We use encrypted and secure payment gateways to protect your data. Your financial details are never stored on our site.

Once an order has been placed, it can only be modified or cancelled within two hours of the order’s confirmation. Please contact customer support promptly via orders@foldedpages.co or WhatsApp at +256760657028. Once this window is closed, we won’t be able to cancel or modify your order.

Yes, an invoice is automatically generated after checkout. If you need a customized invoice for business purposes, please contact customer support.

We deliver throughout Kampala for a flat fee of UGX 10,000. With time, we intend to expand shipping across Uganda. Delivery times will vary by destination.

For orders made before 11 am, we deliver within 4 hours. We offer next-day deliveries for orders made after 11 am.

Once a book has been purchased and delivery has been made, a return/refund is no longer possible. Only books that have been accessed via our “pick a book, leave a book” section can be returned.
