Shipping & Returns
What locations do you ship to?
At the moment, we deliver throughout Kampala and surrounding areas for a flat fee of UGX 10,000. With time, we intend to expand shipping across Uganda.
How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?
All orders made are processed and shipped as soon as possible. However, for orders made before 11am, delivery will be made within 4 hours. We offer next-day deliveries for orders made after 11am. Transit time will vary from location to location. Depending on your location, you might receive your order much earlier.
We are mindful that there might be delays caused by factors beyond our control. If this is the situation, we will attempt our best efforts to deliver store-confirmed orders within 24 hours. Extended Delays
In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
Returns and refunds
Once a book has been purchased and delivery has been made, a return/refund is no longer possible. Only books that have been accessed via our “pick a book, leave a book” section can be exchanged for other titles offered in this section.
